The penis euphemism gag, Heather Graham.
Thoughts
Don't remember much, but I recall laughing out loud at the running joke of having random characters blurt out penis names. There was also some over-the-top silliness with Dr. Evil's henchmen, such as Fat Bastard, and singing. Heather Graham was bubbly and hot as the female lead.
The problem with all the elaborate gags and raunchy jokes was that it felt less of a spoof. So while some of the jokes got bigger laughs from me, it lacked the novelty of the original.
What I would change
More spoof, less raunch.
