Thoughts
To me, the Helm's Deep and Isengard battles had much more impact than the battle of Pelennor Fields. It's easier to see and believe in 5 digits-worth of CGI characters than 6 digits-worth. This is similar to when the sentinels swarmed Zion in 'Matrix Revolutions'; there comes a point where the human eye cannot soak in that many entities.

The Isengard scenes made my pro-environmental persona cry with joy, wishing there was some magical way to rid the world of all our filth and waste.

My favorite scene is when Gandalf and the Rohirrim rode down on the Urukai. Everything was just so perfectly shot and scored, my heart always skips a beat.

What I would change
Nothing.
