Thoughts
It's not a total sports flick nor chick flick, but it contained lots of laughs and heart.
What I liked best was the realistic look at the psyche and heart of a diehard sports fan. As a fan of a certain sports team, I could totally relate. The heart comes from whether a hardcore fan can coexist with someone who isn't. Every aspect was handled intelligently.
I have not seen the remake yet. Sorry.
