I hated this movie. If it was supposed to be cheeky, then why did the moviemakers bother with high-budgeted 'Matrix' wannabe action scenes? If it was supposed to be a cool action flick, then why the campiness?
The other thing that bugged me was the blatant abuse of the PG-13 rating. I know the Angels were eye candy, but the moviemakers did not need to make it look like a voyeur's video. That is what the internet is for.
What I would change
Either killed the cheese or the expensive action scenes.
