Thoughts
It was well made. I was somewhat reminded of movies like 'The French Connection', especially in terms of realistic characters and authentic car chases. While I knew about the main character's amnesia, I did not expect him to have a college student get sucked into the plot. I really liked how that was handled, and that was my favorite part.
What I would change
I would speed up the pacing in some of the places.
