Thoughts
Arguably the worst movie I had ever seen.
You know a franchise is dead if the fourth sequel needs to explain the rules of the game at the beginning. While it was fun to see Duncan, Joe and Methos in brooding leather once again, that fun died very quickly.
The following was a quick list of badness: visual and editing style akin to a high schooler's first stab at directing, a nonsensical 'Mad Max'-like story, cheesy special effects, half-ass designed props, and lame covers of Queen's 'Princes of the Universe' and 'Who Wants to Live Forever'.
That is all I have to say about that.

Never made this boring turd.
