Thoughts
It was pretty funny.  The bosses were the best part.  All three delivered home runs with their juicy roles, smug Spacey playing to type, sexy Aniston playing against, and Ferrell going the Tom Cruise in disguise a la Tropic Thunder route.  Foxx was very funny as the "murder consultant".  The cast was littered with cool appearances from likes of Donald Sutherland, Julie Bowen, and Bob Newhart.

While the side characters were likable.  The main three (the most important ones) left much to be desired.  While their situations were vastly different, I couldn't tell the three leads apart personality-wise.  All three just ended up acting too stupid to be likable.  Justin Bateman and Jason Sudeikis were innocuous, but Charlie Day came off super-annoying.  His voice reminded me of a grating version of Aasif Mandvi.

Overall, Horrible Bosses was enjoyable, occasionally wicked fun, but mainly thanks to the heavy lifting by the side characters.
