Premise
The first movie in the successful franchise, in which young Harry learns he's a wizard.
Loved
How cute the kids were.
Disliked
The snail's pace.
Thoughts
It was an interesting re-watch as the series comes to a close. I was amazed by the clues left here would be revealed in the later movies.
One of the best things about the series was the impeccable casting. Here, I was giddy as characters were introduced, and how adorable the young actors were. They were absolutely squeezable.
Computer graphics looked dated.
The biggest problem was the incredibly slow pace. Compared to the better paced films, trying to re-watch this was torturous at times, waiting for things to happen. It did excel at showing the wonder and magic of Harry's wizarding world.
What I would change
Reduced it to two hours.
