Premise
If you don't know the premise, then shame on you!

Who should watch
Fans of the book. Keira Knightley fans. Anyone in a romantic mood.

Thoughts
Even though we know plot event, it's just fun to watch it unfold. This is helped by the great acting.

In this movie, Keira Knightley just might be the most beautiful creature to grace the screen since the late, great Audrey Hepburn. On top of that, she was really, really good. She deserved that Oscar nomination.

Again, the acting was great. The Mr. Collins character was hilarious. Also, I enjoyed Donald Sutherland's quirky and good father. I am amazed by his range; I've only seen him in this and 'Panic', where he played the foulest, dangerous father ever.

There is eye candy for you director wannabes, including Scorsese-like uninterrupted, lenghty, complicated camera movement and a kissing scene that coincides with a sunrise.

In the credits, they give a special thanks to Emma Thompson. According to IMDB.com, she re-wrote the screenplay. Normally ghostwriters get lots of money without recognition.

What I would change
Nothing.
