Premise
Adam Sandler's first attempt at a dramatic role about a man incapable of finding love.
Who should watch
Anyone who likes weird movies. NOT Adam Sandler fans!!!
Thoughts
It was interesting and different. The best part was the acting. Adam Sandler proved he can act by portraying a complex and flawed character. Emily Watson was adorable and vulnerable as usual. The supporting cast was excellent, which included Paul T. Anderson staples Luiz Guzman and Philip Seymour Hoffman. I liked the unusual story, strong acting, and I loved the awesome, artsy music, however it lacked an 'oomph' factor to make it great.
What I would change
Better express to the audience the purpose of the story.
